Visiting
We only arrange our clients to visit houses carefully selected by us in order to avoid time consuming. Before visiting, our specialist will send you an email and give you a list of flats we have selected for you including all details and some photos and also service proposal. Then you can choose the flats preferred to visit. After your confirmation, we will arrange visiting for you at your convenience
Generally we will offer you 3-5 places we have carefully selected according to your needs analyses.
Introduction on the new community will be given to clients during community orientation according to the priorities in order to lead client to do warm up with the new environment.

Make the comparison and settle the deal

This is the key point that has to be considered. Beside the housing condition, community environment, traffic communication and supermarket, finding an easy going and responsible landlord is the half way to success on your new life in Ningbo.

Check the following items carefully before you sign the contract:
Rent, lease, deposit, penalty, way of payment and other things

Note:
Pay attention on whether the rent includes management fee, SAT, telephone, and internet installation and using fee and the real estate rental tax.

Penalty is different from deposit.
The rental is paid at least every 3 months in NIngbo, which is different from Shanghai that is pay by monthly.

Sigh the contract

We provide a professional contract in both a Chinese and English version and assist you or your company to sign the contract. Based on our knowledge and experience, we take care of your lease professionally. In addition, our lease contract is based on the standard of international relocation companies in Shanghai and Suzhou.

Before signing the lease, the landlord should present the original property ownership certificate and ID card. If the landlord sent an attorney, a power of attorney is required from the landlord along with the attorney’s original ID. If the tenant is an individual but not the company, the passport form of the tenant is required. Reindeer Station will keep a copy of all documents for filing.
